System architecture

How it works, not who said what.

We don't publish testimonials we can't prove. Instead, here are complete system designs for problems businesses actually have — the intake, the logic, the fallbacks, the build time, and the price. Judge the thinking, then judge us.

Live demos

Working software beats a quote from a stranger.

These are being built out now and will be public here — a number you can dial, a portal you can click, and a recording of an automation running in real time.

Dial the voice agent

A live phone number you can call right now to hear an AI agent triage a service call and book a slot end to end.

Live intake portal

A working client portal with real-time job status, so you can watch a request move through the pipeline as it happens.

Coming soon

Automation, screen-recorded

A three-second walkthrough: an email arrives, a job record is created, and a confirmation SMS goes out — no edits, no cuts.

Reference architectures

Three systems, explained end to end.

Illustrative scenarios drawn from the work we do — not named clients. Every design below is buildable exactly as written.

Trades & field service

Nobody answers the phone at 2am. Something should.

A regional HVAC company answering emergency calls at 2am

A voice agent picks up outside business hours, decides in seconds whether the call is an emergency, and either wakes the on-call tech or books a normal morning slot.

Contracting & home services

The same job details, typed once instead of four times.

A contractor retyping the same job details four times

An inbound request becomes a structured job record, a drafted quote, a scheduled follow-up, and an invoice — with the owner approving at two points and typing at none.

One screen that knows where every machine is.

An equipment rental yard tracking assets across nine spreadsheets

A purpose-built internal app replaces the spreadsheet stack: bookings, check-in and check-out, maintenance intervals, and who has what, working on a phone in a gravel lot.

Your risk, removed

You shouldn't have to take my word for it.

Trust is earned with structure, not adjectives. Here is how the money and the ownership are arranged so you're never exposed.

Paid discovery, and it stops there if you want

$2,500 buys a written specification you own outright — scope, architecture, timeline, and a fixed build price. If you take that document to another developer, that is a fine outcome. There is no obligation to continue and no ongoing commitment attached to it.

Milestone payments tied to working software

Builds are split across milestones. Each payment is released only after you have seen and signed off on the feature it covers, running in a staging environment you can click through yourself.

50% deposit, never 100% up front

No project asks you to pay in full before anything exists. On larger builds the deposit can be held in escrow through a third party at your request.

Month-to-month on everything ongoing

Hosting, care plans, monitoring, and retainers cancel with 30 days' notice. Your site, your data, your code, and your accounts stay in your name the entire time — leaving means a handover, not a hostage negotiation.
