Privacy policy

When you request a consultation or demo, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, business, website, contact information, goals and notes. Requests are stored in our service database and may be sent to our team by email so we can respond.

We use account, project and order information to provide the client portal, deliver and support agreed services, handle billing and communicate with you. We do not sell your information.

Explore a tailored demo free for two weeks (14 days), starting when the agreed demo is available for you to use. It may be near-live with test data or limited integrations, or fully live with systems you approve. We confirm scope, access, limitations and dates first. There is no AetherForge trial fee, no purchase obligation and no automatic paid continuation. Paid work needs your agreement to a written quote or plan; separate third-party charges need advance disclosure and approval. Demo access may end after the trial unless we agree to continue.

Before a fully live demo connects to your systems or workflows, we agree with you which access and data are needed and obtain your permission. We use that data for the agreed demo, delivery and support. For near-live demos, we use test data or limited integrations; avoid sending sensitive real data for a test demo.

When a trial ends, contact us to arrange disconnection or request removal of trial data. Some information may need to be kept for required records or ongoing services you have agreed to. The payment policy explains the trial and any separately approved charges.

Stripe processes payment details. We do not see or store your full card details. We receive order and payment status information needed to provide services and receipts.

Providers that support hosting, our Supabase database and accounts, email, payments and any agreed integrations may process information needed to operate the site or deliver your services. A live demo's integrations and access are agreed before it starts.

The site records visitor events, including a browser-generated visitor identifier, event type and page path, to understand site usage. Browser storage is also used for features such as the cart and account sessions. Google Analytics may collect usage information when it is configured.
