Payment policy

AetherForge Neural offers a two-week (14-day) free trial of a demo solution tailored to what you want to explore. Depending on the solution and the scope we agree with you, the demo may be near-live (using test data or limited integrations) or fully live (connected to the systems and workflows you approve). We confirm the scope, access, limitations, and trial start and end dates with you before the trial begins. The 14 days begin when the agreed demo is available for you to use. There is no AetherForge trial fee and no obligation to purchase. A trial does not automatically become a paid project or subscription. Any paid continuation requires your agreement to a written quote or plan. Any separate third-party charges must be disclosed and approved in advance. At the end, demo access may end unless we agree to continue.

The free demo offer does not make separately purchased packages, paid discovery, deposits or monthly plans free, and does not automatically refund them.

Prepaid packages are paid in full at the price shown at checkout. Custom projects start with the listed deposit, which is credited toward the balance in your written quote. The remaining amount, scope and any milestones are set out in that quote.

Where a build uses milestones, each payment is tied to the working feature you review and approve. Larger builds can use optional third-party escrow when agreed. Paid discovery is yours to keep. Changes in scope and their costs are agreed before additional work begins.

Monthly plans renew automatically while active. They are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time from your client dashboard, with no notice required. Review the amount and billing schedule before subscribing.

If you stop a build, you pay for completed milestones and keep what has been delivered to that point. Refund questions about a paid purchase are considered against the purchase and your written agreement; the free demo offer does not change those terms or create an automatic refund.

Separate third-party costs, such as a domain, phone number, SMS or AI usage, are listed in your quote and passed through at cost without a markup. Any separate third-party charges for a free demo must be disclosed and approved before they are incurred. Applicable sales tax is calculated at payment.

Stripe processes payments securely. We do not see or store your full card details. Nothing is charged through checkout until you confirm payment.

Eligible one-time orders may offer Affirm or Klarna. Availability, eligibility, repayment terms and any financing charges are set by the provider and shown during payment. Available card and wallet options depend on your device, location and order.
